As the Assistant Director of USC Connect I worked with the USC Connect team in the implementation of USC’s major learning initiative: USC Connect: Integrating Learning Within and Beyond the Classroom including Graduation with Leadership Distinction. USC Connect is a university-wide initiative to enhance the educational environments at USC Columbia, Lancaster, Salkehatchie, Sumter, and Union. My responsibilities included overseeing USC Connect advisement, student programs, and events. I was also in charge of coordinating outreach to non-academic units, advising students, and leading content development for Graduation with Leadership Distinction technologies (e.g. on-line orientation, videos, application).
